Welcome Dinner at Epcot®

Wednesday, August 2, 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

To begin our magical stay at Walt Disney World Resort®, we will gather, dine and drink at the lovely American Adventure Rotunda at Epcot®. This venue represents some of the finest Georgian architecture in the nation, featuring a soaring dome ceiling and beautiful white columns. After dinner concludes, we’ll move outdoors and enjoy a delightful dessert buffet under the stars while watching the IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth fireworks show from a private viewing area. The show is a complete inspiration of music, fireworks, lasers and special effects celebrating the planet we call home and the spirit of humanity.

This year, we will once again hold our Tech Expo over two days to give you more time to explore exciting new services and solutions for your AlphaGraphics Center. Learn new ways to provide contemporary services that will offer additional income opportunities for you and your clients. Use the first day to peruse the show, then come back on the second day to talk in more detail with suppliers that piqued your interest.

Dine Around

Restaurants at Disney Springs™

This year’s dine-around will take place on Thursday evening after the Tech Expo. Be sure to make your plans as soon as you arrive at Conference so you don’t miss out on this fun event. You won’t find a more impressive collection of dining anywhere in Central Florida. Featuring restaurants helmed by five James Beard Award-Winning Chefs, Disney Springs™ is the place to satisfy your palate with venues by Rick Bayless (Frontera Cocina), Masaharu Morimoto (Morimoto Asia), Art Smith (Chef Art Smith’s Homecoming), Wolfgang Puck (Wolfgang Puck Grande Café) and Tony Mantuano (Portobello), to name just a few. Members of our team will help coordinate your group and make reservations.

Dennis Snow

Dennis Snow

Dennis Snow’s customer service abilities were honed over 20 years with the Walt Disney World Company. There, he developed his passion for service excellence and the experience he brings to the worldwide speaking and consulting he does today.

He began his Disney career in 1979 as a front-line attractions operator. As he advanced through the company, Dennis managed various operating areas throughout the park, learning and applying the skills it takes to run a world-class, service-driven organization.

Dennis launched a division of the Disney Institute responsible for consulting with some of the world’s largest companies including ExxonMobil, AT&T, and Coca Cola. He also spent several years with the Disney University, teaching corporate philosophy and business practices to cast members and the leadership team. While there, he coordinated the Disney Traditions program which is universally recognized as a benchmark in corporate training.

Today, Dennis is a full-time speaker, trainer and consultant who helps organizations achieve goals related to customer service, employee development and leadership. He is the author of the book, Lessons from the Mouse: A Guide for Applying Disney World's Secrets of Success to Your Organization, Your Career, and Your Life.
