This 2.5-day class is about profitability, and making sure your costing data and pricing practices are driving profitability in your Center. Most of the class is spent on setting up your costing in PrintSmith Vision, and in examining and fine-tuning your pricing strategies.

In addition to the in-class instruction and lab work time, you will actually work on your PrintSmith Vision during class. There is also a follow-on schedule of out-of- class coaching and action-items to complete. When all is said and done, you can be confident that your PrintSmith Vision costing is dialed in for profitability.

agOnline Strategic Workshop

In this full-day, non-technical session, we will discuss our positioning and the opportunities of agOnline within the landscape of Web-to- Print and Multi-Channel Marketing Campaign Management.

The workshop will cover agOnline's existing scope of capabilities, how to champion sales and operations, the ideal Coordinator skill-set, and the necessary supporting technologies. The workshop concludes with a strategic outlining session, including campaign ideas, vision and strategy for storefronts, and preliminary budgeting. This outline will serve as a six-month, action-oriented plan for your agOnline program.

Note: this class is designed primarily for Center Owners, though sales and marketing managers will likely find it beneficial.

Print Speak On-boarding Training

Beginning in March, AlphaGraphics started taking ten Centers each month through an 8-week training curriculum – via webinar. This class is a day-long, accelerated Print Speak on-boarding training session that discusses all eight segments of the regular curriculum. By the end of the training, attendees will be up and running on Print Speak!

Topics covered include:

  • Print Speak Introduction and Overview
  • Managing estimate follow-up and customer communication
  • Reviewing and tracking work in progress
  • Reviewing sales data and targeting sales efforts to optimize sales efforts
  • Managing sales staff tasks and activities
  • Using Print Speak to execute targeted email campaigns

Pre-requisite: You must be signed up for Print Speak and completed the installation and setup tasks prior to the class.
